Ingredients

  • 1 can each of cream of chicken and mushroom soup
  • 2 cups of rice
  • 1lb of boneless chicken breast pieces
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 1 envelope of onion soup mix
  • 1 and a half cup of water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F while you gather your ingredients.
  2. Grease the baking dish for the Forgotten Chicken.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cans, rice, and water. Mix well before transferring to your baking dish.
  4. Arrange the chicken on top of the rice and sprinkle the onion soup mix.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45-50 minutes until the water is absorbed and the chicken is cooked to perfection. Bon appétit!
