  • 2 pieces of boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized chunks)
  • 1 teaspoon of finely chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1/2 of a fresh onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cups of rich chicken broth
  • 1 can of creamy chicken soup (10.5 oz can)
  • 1 1/2 cup of uncooked brown rice
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

  1. Combine the chicken pieces, chopped garlic, salt, pepper, chopped onion, chicken broth, creamy chicken soup, and uncooked brown rice in the slow cooker. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
  2. Cover the slow cooker and set it on high. Let it cook for about 3.5 to 4 hours, or until the rice has absorbed all the chicken broth.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese. Cover the slow cooker again and let the residual heat melt the cheese for about 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Serve it warm and savor every bite!
