Honey Garlic Ribs



4 pounds pork spareribs

½ cup honey

¼ cup soy sauce

¼ cup distilled white vinegar

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon garlic salt


Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Ribs:
Cut the ribs into individual pieces.
In a large bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and garlic until well combined. Add baking soda (it will foam).
Coat the ribs in this mixture thoroughly.

Line a baking sheet with foil and place the ribs on it, meat-side up.
Pour any extra sauce over the ribs and sprinkle with garlic salt.
Bake for 1 hour at 375°F (190°C), turning the ribs every 20 minutes.

Once cooked, your ribs are ready to enjoy!
