Prep Oven and Dish:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9″ x 13″ baking dish.
Layer Ingredients:
Arrange potatoes and onions in the greased baking dish. Season them.
Brown and season the pork chops, then place them over the potato and onion layer.
Make Sauce:
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add flour and whisk until combined.
Pour in broth, bring to a boil, and add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
