Ingredients:
Red potatoes
Onions
Peppers
Oil
Creole and garlic seasoning
Directions:
Sauté onions and peppers in a tad of oil,
Add diced potatoes (we prefer red) and a bit more oil, season (we use creole and garlic seasoning), cook until tender. Stirring regularly.
I remove from pan to drain excess oil.
I do in oven and electric skillet.
Enjoy.
