  • 2 1/2 lbs baby creamer potatoes, halved
  • 1 1/2 lbs beef smoked sausage, sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large yellow onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Slap Ya Mama seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 4 Tbsp butter, cubed


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the halved potatoes with the olive oil until they’re well coated. Add the Slap Ya Mama seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
  3. Add the sausage slices, diced onion, and bell pepper to the bowl. Gently mix them with the potatoes and spices.
  4. Transfer the mixture to your prepared baking dish. Evenly distribute the cubed butter on top.
  5. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
