Ingredients
4 medium Ripe Tomatoes chopped
¼ cup White Onion finely chopped
¼ cup Fresh Cilantro finely chopped
1 clove Garlic minced
1 Jalapeno Pepper deseeded and finely chopped
2 tbsp Lime Juice
Sea Salt to taste
Instructions
Mix Ingredients:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Adjust Seasoning:
Stir well and taste. Add more lime juice or sea salt if needed, adjusting to your taste preferences.
Chill and Combine Flavors:
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
