  • Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 stick butter, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
4 peaches, sliced (or 1 15-ounce can of sliced peaches, drained)
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter, melted

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix 1-1/2 cups of flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
