Ingredients
- 1 package of fudge brownie mix
- 2 packages of miniature Reese’s
- 4 cups of cold milk (preferably 2%)
- 2 packages of instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
- 4 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- Thawed Cool Whip (2 cans, 8 oz each)
How to Make Heaven in a Bowl
Step 1
Prepare the brownie batter according to the instructions on the box. Pour the batter into a buttered 12×9-inch pan.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
Step 3
Allow the brownies to cool on a wire rack. Once cooled, cut them into 3/4-inch-thick slices. Halve the peanut butter cups and set aside for garnish.
Step 4
In a large bowl, beat the pudding mix with the milk for 2 minutes until thick. Add the vanilla extract and peanut butter, mixing thoroughly. Fold in 1 1/2 cups of whipped topping.
Step 5
Layer one-third of the brownie slices in a 5-quart glass dish. Add a third of the pudding mixture and half of the remaining peanut butter cups.
Step 6
Repeat the layers twice more. Finally, top with the remaining Cool Whip and garnish with the reserved peanut butter cups. Chill in the refrigerator for a few minutes before serving.
Enjoy your delightful treat—Heaven in a Bowl!
