Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce (low-sugar or homemade)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked Italian sausage or ground beef
- 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for topping
- Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), or use a microwave-safe bowl if you prefer the quick version.
- Assemble your bowl:
