Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (453 g) beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 2 tsp seasoned salt (divided)
  • 1 tsp Montreal steak spice
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 16 slices of provolone cheese
  • 4 tortillas
  • Vegetable oil

How to Make Loaded Steak Quesadillas:

  1. Sprinkle the beef with 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt, the steak spice, and half the cayenne pepper.
  2. Heat a little oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Sear the steak slices, then remove from the pan.
  3. Add a little more oil to the pan, then add the onions and bell pepper. Sprinkle with the remaining seasoned salt and cayenne pepper. Sauté the vegetables until tender, stirring frequently.
  4. To assemble the quesadillas, spray a pan with oil and heat over medium heat.
  5. Lay out a tortilla, then place 4 slices of provolone cheese on it.
  6. Add the cooked steak on one half of the tortilla and the sautéed vegetables on the other half.
  7. Once the cheese has melted, fold the tortilla in half.
  8. Cut into four pieces. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  9. Serve and enjoy
