Ingredients
- 1 can each of cream of chicken and mushroom soup
- 2 cups of rice
- 1lb of boneless chicken breast pieces
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 1 envelope of onion soup mix
- 1 and a half cup of water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F while you gather your ingredients.
- Grease the baking dish for the Forgotten Chicken.
- In a bowl, combine the cans, rice, and water. Mix well before transferring to your baking dish.
- Arrange the chicken on top of the rice and sprinkle the onion soup mix.
