			- 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak, thinly sliced
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 - 1 tbsp oil
 - 1 onion, thinly sliced
 - 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
 - 6 slices provolone or American cheese
 - Egg roll wrappers or crescent dough
 
Instructions
- Sear Steak: Season steak with salt and pepper, then sear in hot oil until browned. Set aside.
 - Cook Vegetables: In the same pan, sauté onions and bell pepper until softened.
 - Assemble Rolls: Place steak, vegetables, and cheese on wrappers. Roll and seal edges.
 - Cook Rolls: Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes, fry at 350°F until golden, or air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes.
