Ingredients
🧄🧀 Ingredients:
-
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)
-
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
-
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
-
Optional: marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
-
Prepare the garlic butter: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and chopped parsley. Mix well.
-
Roll out the dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface. Separate into 8 individual triangles along the perforated lines.
-
Add the cheese: Sprinkle each triangle evenly with shredded mozzarella and a bit of grated Parmesan.
-
Brush with garlic butter: Lightly brush the inside of each triangle with the prepared garlic butter mixture.
-
Roll them up: Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle up into a crescent shape. Place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
-
Brush tops: Brush the tops of the rollups with the remaining garlic butter.
-
Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
-
Finish and serve: Once out of the oven, brush with any leftover garlic butter and sprinkle with a bit more Parmesan and parsley, if desired.
-
Serve warm with marinara or your favorite dipping sauce.
