Best of all, they come together in just minutes using store-bought crescent dough — no fuss, all flavor!

Ingredients

Scale

🧄🧀 Ingredients:

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)

  • Optional: marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  • Prepare the garlic butter: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and chopped parsley. Mix well.

  • Roll out the dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface. Separate into 8 individual triangles along the perforated lines.

  • Add the cheese: Sprinkle each triangle evenly with shredded mozzarella and a bit of grated Parmesan.

  • Brush with garlic butter: Lightly brush the inside of each triangle with the prepared garlic butter mixture.

  • Roll them up: Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle up into a crescent shape. Place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Brush tops: Brush the tops of the rollups with the remaining garlic butter.

  • Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Finish and serve: Once out of the oven, brush with any leftover garlic butter and sprinkle with a bit more Parmesan and parsley, if desired.

  • Serve warm with marinara or your favorite dipping sauce.
