Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip is a creamy, cheesy, and easy slow cooker appetizer. Perfect for game day, parties, or gatherings—ready in just 2 hours!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 oz fresh spinach (chopped) or 10 oz frozen spinach (thawed & drained)
  • 13 oz can artichoke hearts (drained & chopped)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (cubed)
  • 1 cup light sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ⅓ cup finely chopped onion (red or white)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt

Instructions

  • Add Ingredients : Place all ingredients into a slow cooker (3-quart or larger) and stir to combine.
  • Cook : Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or high for 1 hour until the cheese is melted.
  • Stir & Season : Mix well, adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Serve Warm : Enjoy with chips, bread, pretzels, or veggies!

Notes

✔ Use fresh or frozen spinach – If using frozen, thaw & drain well to avoid a watery dip.
✔ Keep warm – Set the crockpot to “warm” to keep the dip at the perfect serving temperature.
✔ Customize it! – Add shredded chicken, diced jalapeños for extra flavor.
