Boost metabolism naturally with this Brazilian Mounjaro recipe! Packed with apple cider vinegar, superfoods & thermogenic spices for weight loss.
Ingredients
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder or 1 small cinnamon stick
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp raw honey (optional, for sweetness)
1 1/2 cups warm water or brewed green tea
1/4 – 1/2 cup unsweetened cranberry juice (optional, for added detox benefits)
1/2 – 1 tsp psyllium husk (optional, for fiber and digestion support)
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Base:
- If using yerba mate or green tea, brew it and let it cool slightly.
2️⃣ Mix the Ingredients:
- In a glass or jar, add grated ginger, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Stir well to release the flavors.
3️⃣ Add the Apple Cider Vinegar:
- Pour in 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and mix well.
- If you’re new to ACV, start with 1 tablespoon and gradually increase.
4️⃣ Sweeten the Drink (Optional):
- Stir in 1 teaspoon of raw honey if you prefer a sweeter taste.
5️⃣ Enhance with Cranberry Juice & Psyllium Husk (Optional):
- Add 1/4 – 1/2 cup cranberry juice for extra detox benefits.
- If using psyllium husk, stir in ½ – 1 teaspoon just before drinking.
- Drink immediately, as psyllium thickens quickly.
6️⃣ Enjoy!
