  • 8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 packet of Good Seasons Italian all-natural seasoning
  • 1 ½ lemons, sliced into circles
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley leaves
  • 1 tsp black pepper, ground

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Butter Mixture:
    • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic.
    • Pour the mixture into a 9×11-inch glass casserole dish, spreading it evenly over the bottom.
  3. Layer the Ingredients:
    • Arrange the lemon slices in a single layer on top of the butter.
    • Place the cleaned shrimp over the lemon slices.
  4. Season the Shrimp:
    • Sprinkle the Italian seasoning evenly over the shrimp.
    • Add parsley flakes and black pepper on top.
  5. Bake:
    • Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
