- 8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 packet of Good Seasons Italian all-natural seasoning
- 1 ½ lemons, sliced into circles
- 1 tbsp dried parsley leaves
- 1 tsp black pepper, ground
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Butter Mixture:
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic.
- Pour the mixture into a 9×11-inch glass casserole dish, spreading it evenly over the bottom.
- Layer the Ingredients:
- Arrange the lemon slices in a single layer on top of the butter.
- Place the cleaned shrimp over the lemon slices.
- Season the Shrimp:
- Sprinkle the Italian seasoning evenly over the shrimp.
- Add parsley flakes and black pepper on top.
- Bake:
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
