Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp (medium to large, peeled and deveined)
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil (or grapeseed oil)
- ½ tsp paprika (sweet or smoked)
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning (or dried oregano)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Lemon wedges (for garnish)
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

- Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for 3 minutes.
- Prepare the Shrimp:
- Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Place the shrimp in a large bowl.
- Season the Shrimp:
- In a small bowl, combine paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the olive oil to the seasoning mix and stir well.
- Pour the seasoning mixture over the shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange in the Air Fryer:
- Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Avoid overcrowding; cook in batches if needed.
- Air Fry the Shrimp:
- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 6–8 minutes, depending on the size of the shrimp.
- Optional: Flip the shrimp halfway through for even cooking.
- Serve:
- Once cooked, the shrimp should be pink, opaque, and slightly curled into a “C” shape.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice.
