Make homemade cheesy garlic breadsticks with soft dough, garlic butter, and melted cheese. Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or side dish for any meal!

- 1 (10-ounce) can prepared pizza crust
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven:
- Set the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the butter mixture:
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic. Set aside.
- Prepare the dough:
- Unroll the pizza dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the surface with the butter and garlic mixture.
- Add the toppings:
- Evenly sprinkle mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, dried basil, salt, and pepper over the dough.
- Cut the dough:
- Using a pizza cutter, slice the dough into stick shapes (lengthwise into 7 long strips and crosswise into 3 shorter strips). Do not separate the strips yet.
- Bake:
- Place in the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes or until the breadsticks are light golden brown.
- Serve:
- Recut along the strips and remove the breadsticks from the baking sheet.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
