For Seasoning

  • Oregano: 1 tsp
  • Basil: 1 tsp

Instructions for Little Sausage Pizzas

  1. Preheat the Oven
    • Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare the Dough
    • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼-inch thickness.
    • Use a round cutter (or a glass) to cut the dough into small circles, approximately 3 inches in diameter.
    • Place the circles on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Cook the Sausage
    • In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
    • Drain any excess grease and set aside to cool.
  4. Assemble the Pizzas
    • Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each dough circle.
    • Add a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
    • Top with crumbled sausage and any additional toppings of your choice.
    • Sprinkle oregano, basil, and chili flakes for extra flavor.
  5. Bake
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
