- Pizza sauce: 1 cup

- Italian sausage: 1 cup, cooked and crumbled

- Preheat the Oven
- Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Prepare the Dough

- Use a round cutter (or a glass) to cut the dough into small circles, approximately 3 inches in diameter.
- Place the circles on the prepared baking sheet.
- Cook the Sausage
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
- Drain any excess grease and set aside to cool.
- Assemble the Pizzas
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each dough circle.
- Add a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
