Instructions

- In another bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg-milk mixture, stirring until smooth.
- Combine and Rest:

- Let the mixture rest for 15 minutes.
- First Bake:
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Grease a baking dish and pour in the vegetable mixture. Spread evenly.
- Bake for 45 minutes until golden and set.
- Add Cheese and Final Bake:
- Sprinkle grated cheese over the top.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
