- 1 ¾ cups warm milk
- 2 ½ cups cooked chicken, chopped
- 8 ounces deli ham, chopped

- Italian seasoning, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook Lasagna Noodles: Boil water with a pinch of salt, add lasagna noodles, and cook until al dente (about 8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- Prepare Cheese Sauce:
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add cream cheese, stirring until melted and combined (about 5 minutes).
- Season with salt, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Gradually whisk in warm milk until smooth.
- Stir in 1 ½ cups shredded Swiss cheese until melted and thickened (5–10 minutes). Remove from heat.
- Assemble Lasagna:
- Spread ¾ cup cheese sauce on the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Layer one-third of noodles, then half the chicken and ham.
- Pour 1 cup cheese sauce over the chicken and ham.
- Repeat layers with half the remaining noodles, chicken, ham, and 1 cup cheese sauce.
- Place final noodle layer, remaining cheese sauce, ½ cup shredded Swiss cheese, and bread crumbs. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake:
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes until bubbling.
- Remove foil, bake an additional 10 minutes until breadcrumbs are golden brown.
- Serve: Let stand for 5–10 minutes before serving.
