- Polish sausage (Kielbasa), sliced
- Sauerkraut
- Yukon Gold or red potatoes, cubed
- Chicken broth
- Caraway seeds
- Bay leaf
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Layer Ingredients: Place sauerkraut on the bottom of a crockpot or skillet, add potatoes, and top with sausage.
- Add Seasonings: Pour in chicken broth, add caraway seeds, bay leaf, salt, and pepper.
- Cook: If using a crockpot, set on low for 6–8 hours. For skillet, cook on medium-low until potatoes are tender.
- Serve: Stir before serving, and enjoy!
