  • 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 6 slices provolone or American cheese
  • Egg roll wrappers or crescent dough

Instructions

  • Sear Steak: Season steak with salt and pepper, then sear in hot oil until browned. Set aside.
  • Cook Vegetables: In the same pan, sauté onions and bell pepper until softened.
  • Assemble Rolls: Place steak, vegetables, and cheese on wrappers. Roll and seal edges.
  • Cook Rolls: Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes, fry at 350°F until golden, or air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes.
