  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs or oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • For the Glaze:
    • 1/4 cup ketchup
    • 2 tbsp brown sugar
    • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix Ingredients: Combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape and Glaze: Shape into a loaf, place in a baking dish, and cover with glaze.
  • Bake: Bake for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Let rest before slicing.
