- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs or oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- For the Glaze:
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Heat oven to 350°F.
- Mix Ingredients: Combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Shape and Glaze: Shape into a loaf, place in a baking dish, and cover with glaze.
- Bake: Bake for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Let rest before slicing.
