- 3 lbs chuck roast
- 4 carrots, cut into chunks
- 4 potatoes, quartered
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cups beef broth
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Season and sear the roast on all sides.
- Add vegetables and broth to a slow cooker, place the roast on top, and cook on low for 8 hours until tender
